Morgane Dubled In Vogue Germany

Last Thursday I baught the german Vogue to have something to read on the train. When I found the lingerie photo shoot with Morgane Dubled I was excited. I planned to make a post dedicated to her phantastic new haircut anyway. I think the photos are really wonderful. They show the violability of a woman without missing the sexual sense. I think Morgane Dubled fits perfectly in this role. Also her new cut is quite nice for pictures like this because Morgane with long hair would be just too much of a perfect Lolita. The cut gives her really the ultimate grinding.

Role Models...Kate and Brigitte...and other friends of mine

Every girl who has her own style icon will recognize that they mostly like style examples which come close to themselves. That doesn't necessarily mean that the style comes close to ones individual style but ones outward experience. A very well-known example is Brigitte and Kate. They can be really considered as role models...of course Brigitte was there first.

When I told my friend Julia that I like Charlotte Casigharis descreet way of dressing, she laughed and said "Sure because you look like her". This was a big compliment, nevertheless I don't think I look like her, maybe my lips are akin to hers but thats all (which is not bad at all). I answered that Julietta should have a look at herself because she totally apreciates Audrey Tatou's appearance.
Another friend of mine, Lisa, looks very much alike Diane Kruger.
Maybe she doesn't know about at all, but look at the pictures...
What about yoursef now...who is your role model?

Men Style...Spring 2007...Where Designers Get Their Inspiration From...

That week-end I visited my boyfriend in Paris (BTW: I will now finally move over in 1 week - JIPJIPJIPJIHH). We relaxed a bit on our sofa with some nice red wine and watched old rock classics on VH1. We saw an old video of VH1 and I finally got a enlighted moment where I understood where the designers got their inspiration for their spring 2007 collection from. They must have watched some videos Angus Young starring because I would say that he is the first person who made the combination of bermudas and blazer and tie!
If you combine the Dolce&Gabbana models with his way of dressing you may find some similarities. Check it out...
